.pdn is a Paint Net file, right? If so, you can just open it with PAint.NET and select "Save As". The OS Navigator window should pop up, and at the bottom, you can choose which type of file to save it as. (Also, .PNG is higher quality than .jpg)

LOL Keyboards, you could always change the language, that's what I do to write in japanese, but urgh it's hard to use since you don't know wich key is which character/symbol.
