Question about Organizing a Hatsune Miku Concert

Hi,
So my question is what are the proper steps to get such a thing organized? I would think it will cost a hefty price, agreement with "Crypton Future Media" and a big enough fan-base willing to attend it.
The reason I ask is because I live in an area where it has the "Comcast Arena" and it can hold up to 9,000 people. When I was thinking of "Hatsune Miku" I thought "Hey..Comcast Arena can well hold over 1000+ people, maybe I should try to get a "Concert" in place.." This was my thinking..anyway.
So my steps were this:
1. Hold a "Poll" of how many will be willing to attend the "Concert"
2. Contact "Crypton Future Media" about this inquiry
3. Hold a "Fund Raising" Event, to generate funds for the 'Concert'
4. & hope for the best it will succeed.
...So what you think? What would your steps be, any advice be great ;D!
