Posts I've Made
Posted 18 Apr 2013Looks like the Vocaloid blog covered it. Could someone translate this? Google wasn't much help: http://vocaloid.blog...ntry-15157.html
Posted 17 Apr 2013Very nice work, it was worth the wait and I did not notice any artefacts for the multiple conversions, but I do not have the eye of Shinji or yours for that.
A few questions:
What model are you using ? Is it Divappoid ?
Why the no filming request ?
It does not looks like you used the mocap for Roshin Yuukai, too much work/fixing ?
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
The Miku model is the MamamaP model, but I converted it into the special AniMiku format that supports animated textures.
I request no filming because having a ton of random videos of varying quality around the internet causes problems. The uploaders' information is generally incorrect as well - last year almost every video that went up said it was Vocelekt Visions who did it, and both me and Tempo-P had to go in and correct them. Plus, with too many random videos out there it would be hard to track down the official recording. There's also the fact that you can't guarantee that people won't accidentally set their flash off and ruin the effect.
I never made a mocap motion using Roshin Yuukai, you're probably thinking of Kokoro. So far I haven't found anyone willing to take the data and clean it up to look better. Just the data by itself looks kind of awkward. If someone was willing to do the edit, that would be awesome because I have a bunch of songs with mocaps that need editing.
Posted 17 Mar 2013Finally the performance contract was dealt with, so I now know from Crypton that we will be getting enough MIKUBOOK fliers and stickers to give one of each to every person who gets in the show. Also, we will once again have free glowsticks to hand out to everyone.
The con's final schedule is online, and the concert will begin at 6PM on Saturday. Of course, I'll be in there from 1 to 9 -.-
Posted 26 Feb 2013I've been seriously thinking about it, but I'm not sure how much effort I can put towards future shows since I'll be going to college next year. Once I get enough good quality animations not using cryptonloids, I'll probably just take them out altogether. I just don't want to take them out without making sure it won't hurt the show in content and length (I really don't want to do another 30 minute show like the one at Toracon 2012).
I did just start working on an idea for a big show yesterday, but I won't give out details until I have something I'm confident in.
