Touhou is a game :) A bullet hell game actually. You have to dodge curtains of bullets (it's rather difficult) while killing enemies. The characters are all cute (my entire set (Cirno) is from touhou). The song you have is probably a song or remix from one of the games :) the music is extremely popular and amazing. We have a section in the Gamers Central dedicated to Touhou. Please have a look!
