I don't know if this goes here or not, but I was reading some magazines that came in the mail.... My mom and dad has a Mazda car so we receive some Mazda magazines occasionally....
I was reading a story about a reporter visiting Japan and using some technologies... I don't know if the lady was face to face with this or not: (this image was in the same article)

There details on wikipedia... Its pretty old stuff, like last year at least when it happened. The robots a model, she was set up to react to three vocaloids in total, gumi was the other. I think this is discussed so much... The magazine isn't reporting anything new though.
